We combine trusted support delivery, practical technology and structured programmes to ensure every learner accesses the right support, while providing universities, assessors, and partners with the unified tools they need to coordinate it with total clarity.
About Us
Access Support Group brings together specialist services designed to improve the way students and apprentices with disabilities are supported across higher education.
We operate across the Disabled Students’ Allowance (DSA) and other funding bodies, combining high-quality Non-Medical Help (NMH) provision, innovative technology, and structured support solutions. Our aim is to create a more connected, efficient, and effective system for students and apprentices, providers, training providers and institutions.
Through our established NMH service, Access Your Ability, we deliver tailored, student-focused support across universities. Alongside this, our Touch Point system provides NMH providers with a streamlined platform to manage bookings, record sessions, generate timesheets and invoices, and automatically builds compliance audit trails - significantly reducing administrative workload and improving efficiency. Invoices can be easily submitted to funding bodies via Touch Point, and the system facilitates electronic invoice submission to Student Finance England.
We also deliver a complete support package for apprentices with additional learning needs, combining specialist support, assistive technology, and structured coaching to ensure consistent, high-quality provision across apprenticeship programmes that is easily auditable, streamlining time-intensive tasks and reducing stress for training providers.
